This Privacy Policy describes how the Valhalla Cluster VHA mobile application
(the “App”) collects, uses, and shares your information. The App is the
fan-operated companion app for the Valhalla ARK: Survival Ascended server community
and is operated by the community administrators (“we”, “us”).
1. Information We Collect
Account information you provide
Discord account data — when you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and your membership status in the Valhalla Discord server. We use Discord OAuth; we never see your Discord password.
Steam ID — you provide this to link your in-game ARK character to your account.
In-game character data — through the GameServerApp (GSA) API, we read your linked ARK character profile, token balance, and delivery history.
Information generated by your use of the App
Purchase history — supporter subscription status (via Stripe) and in-app token pack purchases (via Apple App Store / RevenueCat).
Arcade gameplay data — your scores, coins collected, power-up inventory, and run history for the in-app “Token Runner” mini-game.
Push notification token — if you enable notifications, we store an anonymous Expo push token to deliver announcements.
Session token — an authentication token stored on your device to keep you signed in.
Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect your location.
We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
We do not use any third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
2. How We Use Your Information
To authenticate you and verify your membership in the Valhalla Discord community.
To display your in-game economy data (tokens, deliveries, shop purchases).
To process supporter subscriptions.
To send you community announcements you have opted into.
To detect abuse and enforce community rules.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share data only with the third-party services required to make the App work:
RevenueCat — for processing in-app purchases of token packs on iOS (RevenueCat Privacy Policy). Payment itself is handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.
We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as you have an active account. If you
sign out and stop using the App, your authentication session expires. To
permanently delete your account and associated app data, open the Profile tab,
tap “Delete Account”, and confirm. Limited anonymized transaction records may
be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
5. Your Rights
You may at any time:
Sign out of the App from the Profile tab.
Manage a web supporter subscription through the community website or contact support.
Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

30 days.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect
information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us
with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use HTTPS for all data in transit and industry-standard encryption for
data at rest. No system is 100% secure, but we follow standard practices to
protect your data.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the
updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will
be communicated through an in-app announcement.
