Make sure you have joined the Valhalla Discord server first. The app only grants access to verified members of our community.

In the app, open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom of the Actions card, tap “Delete Account”, and confirm. The app deletes the account and associated app data, cancels any active supporter subscription, and signs you out. If you cannot access the app, email egottfreid@hotmail.com or contact us in the Discord server.
What is deleted: your Discord profile data (user ID, username, avatar), your linked Steam/ARK player association, your role selections, your arcade coins, scores and stats, and your supporter-subscription records stored in our app database.
What may be retained: we may keep limited transaction or billing records where required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations). Your in-game character progress lives on the game servers (managed by GameServerApp) and is not removed by this request. Payment records held by Stripe are subject to Stripe’s own retention policy.
